Cake and Cake

Cake is great. But I’m very particular about where I buy my baked goods and how they taste. It’s gotta be fresh, moist and not overloaded with sugary icing so, for the most part, I stay away from big box store confections. My family has been ordering cakes from local gal Renee Pratt Snively for years and we’ve never been disappointed. Instead of using that over-sugared stuff that sends me into hyper-overdrive, Renee uses a whipped cream that gives the cakes a moist, light taste and doesn’t leave me with the feeling that I’ve over done it.
